My understanding is that the "Bag of Tricks" magical wonderous item should be available in 5.5, but I cannot find it on the Add Inventory Item list.
NB: I can find it as a Legacy item.
Is this an issue or am I being dumb?

You have to own the DMG:It's not in the Basic Rules

i'm having the same problem. I added in the Party Inventory a few months ago when it was working but now it's not selectable and I can no longer find it in Add Inventory. I think it's a bug as I'm able to view the item detail page in the DMG.
If you can view the item detail page, but you can't select it in the character builder, it might be that you don't actually own the content but only have access to it through content sharing, and the character you're editing isn't in the campaign where the content is being shared.
It's also worth pointing out that there are three different versions of this specific item (Gray Bag of Tricks, Rust Bag of Tricks, and Tan Bag of Tricks) and those are what you have to look up in the inventory screen, not the generic Bag of Tricks entry.
