I'm Hero Tier and the Ravenloft sourcebook is still saying "Pre-Order."

Now that the Ravenloft: The Horrors Within content is less than week from release, I thought I would be able to access the digital version now because of my Hero Tier subscription. But the marketplace page is still saying "Pre-Order Now" and when I put it in my cart it says "Pre-Order."

If I go ahead with the purchase, will I get the content today? If not, is there a way to resolve this issue?

The marketplace is always going to say "pre-order" until the actual release. It doesn't dynamically adjust that text based on what kind of subscription you have.

(I have a master-tier subscription and I've already purchased it and used it, and it still says "pre-order" on the marketplace for me.)
