Hi I recently spent $160 on the marketplace, the first transaction declined due to my billing address being entered wrong. The second time I charged it it worked with the updated billing address. However look at my banking account I now have been charged twice for the same transaction. What should I do?
Are those transactions still pending? If so, it might just be waiting for your bank to clear it and release the funds. That typically takes 1-3 days, depending on the bank. You can sometimes call the bank and get them to speed it up.
I have had an over charge not in my pending section. Reached out to customer support and got a generic answer saying it was a hold when it wasn't. I responded again with photos/screen shots showing everything. Still no response and still no refund. The customer service is shocking from what I'm reading here and online. It's very disappointing because it tarnished the name of D&D to a degree. All I want is refund for my overcharge of $54.63. Should be a standard process, 1-3 days to respond absolute max to say we have processed the refund and sorry for the error. I'm on three weeks and it looks like it will be forever if I even hear anything back.
