I'm playing a Forage cleric and was wondering if you can you usage Blessing of the forage on shields?
At 1st level, you gain the ability to imbue magic into a weapon or armor. At the end of a long rest, you can touch one nonmagical object that is a suit of armor or a simple or martial weapon.
It might depend on what your DM says, under the equimpent rules of D&D Beyond it doesn't say that shields are armor, but it also doesn't say that shields aren't armor, although, they are under the armor section of equipment.
