Feats missing 5E ritual caster

Wanting to level my bard to lvl 8 i wanted the 2014 5e ritual caster feat. i know there is a new 2024 feat. but that one adds 5 level 1 spells, the old one adds 2 lvl one, but also the book, the book allowing my bard all the utility and flexability i desire. I can see the 5e feats list and the extended, it should be between resiliant and savage attacker, please help.

That feat is from the 5e Player's Handbook. To use any content from it in the character builder, you'd need to own the digital version of it on D&D Beyond, or the character would need to be in a campaign where someone is sharing it. You'd also need to have "5e Core Rules" enabled on the Home tab.

Also, if you're using a 5.5 class, it's not an available option

i do own it digitaly, i can see everything, its just flat missing, i know where it should be and how to find it, i think it requires you to be lvl 4+ (i am) and a wis, chrsm, int +13 (i do) i cant find it, lmk if you can pull it up and see it

Yeah, that is true of the 5e version. The 5.5e version allows Charisma as well.

If you do still want to take it, you can just turn off Feat Prerequisites on the Home tab.
