Is there a way to get the Dungeon Masters: Arcana Unleashed Play-Along Pack and D&D Encounters: Red Wizards' Gambit mini adventure by only ordering a digital preorder? Dndbeyond doesn't ship physical books to my location, and there is no 'digital ultimate' package.

Preordering either digital book will indeed get you all the preorder bonuses: the two you mentioned plus the Arcane Mastery digital dice set.
