Duplicate entries in i.e. Backgrounds and Feats lists

If I go to Rules > Backgrounds, and set a filter for Player's Handbook (2024), Ravenloft: The Horrors Within, Forgotten Realms: Heroes of Faerûn, and a few others, some entries from the PHB is shown twice. It is not all of them mind you, but apparently most.

It is not a huge deal, but it is a bit annoying.

That's been reported a couple times. They've got a messed up join condition in a database query somewhere. I'm guessing they haven't prioritized fixing it because it doesn't really stop anyone from doing anything.
