I bought the book *VTM: Bound by Blood*, but even after Google Play processed the payment and sent me the purchase receipt, I cannot access the book via the app; on the website, I find nothing under "Orders" or "Licenses" (though it does say my account is already synchronized).I’ve already verified that the Google Play account and the D&D Beyond account are the same.
