I am a bard, and I want to wield an Otamatone with a soul inside it. I am new to dnd beyond, and dnd in general, so can someone please help.

On the Inventory tab, open Manage Inventory, then click Add Custom Item. You can give it any name and details you like.

You can also click inside the Proficiencies & Training section, then use the sidebar to add a custom tool proficiency.
