Purchased 2024 content not showing up.

I bought the physical and digital versions of the 2024 players handbook. But when building a character I don't get the 2024 options.  Orders shows that I preordered. Licenses say they are insync. of course 5.5 was selected in the character builder. what do i need to do. 

What specific options are you looking for that you don't see?

I purchased the digital version of Frontiers of Eberron: Quickstone and I can access the book but none of the character options show up in the character builder. I have the All Sources checked.

It's on the list as Purchase and it shows up in my Library. I can access and read the material, just not build a character with the species and subclasses.
