I can see all Adept feats except Conjuration Adept when selecting a feat for my character during creation.
I can add the feat manually from the sheet, but not when managing the character

ModeratorHad you already added it manually before looking in the character builder? It won't (generally) let you select a feat your character already has.

I've tried to create a wizard character and unfortunately the abjuration adept general feat is not selectable at level 4 ASI.
All other adept feats are there from Arcana unleashed except this one.

Same issue. Abjuration Adept is the only one that seems to be missing. It's not an Entitlements problem, I can use the other feats from Arcana Unleashed.

I'm seeing the same thing, and I've checked my entitlements are synced.
I can see the feat on the Rules > Feats screen, but it doesn't appear as a choice in the character builder, even if I have all the Source options checked and feat prerequisites turned off. All the other "School Adept" feats appear correctly.

My entitllments were correct as i was seeing all the other feats from Arcana Unleashed.

The ability to see other feats is not pertinent because the entitlements changed. I needed to know what it actually said on that page.

It's possible for some, but not all, of the entitlements from a single source to get out of sync and need to be corrected manually. It's happened to me before.

ModeratorIn this specific case, the old Abjuration Adept has been split into three new sub-feats for the character sheet, in order to implement the missing spellcasting ability. Those new feats mean you need a new sync. I needed to know whether that sync had already happened, which could only be determined by checking the entitlements. Since wagnarokkr’s had but the feat was still missing, I let the devs know it still needed further review.
All that said, the same will happen for all the other Adept feats over the next couple business days, too. When it does, you’ll need to make sure those entitlements are in sync again, then remove and re-add the feat on your character sheet to get the update.

The Abjuration Adept feats are being inconsistent on if I can select them. Some times all three versions show up, other times only one or none will show up. Sometimes turning off pre-req requirement will make an additional one show up, but not all. For example, I try to make a Spellfire Sorcerer, and only the Wisdom version shows up. I remove the pre-req requirement and the Intelligence version also shows up, but still not the Charisma one. However, I make an Abjuration Wizard and all three show up.
My entitlements are in sync. I cleared out all of the cookies and cache. Nothing seems to change the behavior.
I'm also having this issue. My entitlements are in sync, I can select other Arcana Unleashed feats, such as Evocation Adept, but Abjuration Adept is missing from the list. I'm 90% sure I did see it in the list last night, but it's disappeared now (possible I'm misremembering that part)
The Feat in Question has a weird Requirement that you have to be a Mystic Arts Monk, it's listed in the unavailable feats section.

That's a bug, right? The book doesn't list that as a requirment
Interestingly, when I look at the response to the API call to `/feats` on the character sheet, Abjuration Adept isn't included at all. Divination Adept does come back, but says it's limited to mystic arts monks (which is wrong, according to the source book).
Same, it appears to be missing entirely.
