World of Wacraft ultimate bundle: I didn't get my in-game items nor the Deadmines Dungeon adventure

I've just received the code and I also have access to the Deadmines Dungeon.

Oh lucky! I just got an email that this is now on backorder with no ETA. No codes yet.

That's what I've been seeing too but I've seen someone in game on the black dragon mount. This was on the 3rd.  So I don't know if there was a mess up and they got it early by mistake or if the mess up is a bunch of people not getting their rewards. My friend and I also don't have ours. 

If you go to a local game store and buy either the collector's edition or the alt cover (green murloc) edition it will have a physical card with a code inside the cover that works.  It's only the e-mail codes that they are refusing to send until the 17th, in the North American region.
