Is there a way to add instrument proficiencies to the list available?DM'ing a Curse of Strahd campaign with a bard who wishes to be proficient in Harmonica and Piano/Organ.

Dungeon Master - Curse of Strahd
You should be able to customize a tool proficiency by clicking on the gear wheel in the Proficiecies and Languages box.
