I was in a bit of a rush and deleted a homebrew subrace that I forgot one of the players in my campaign was using, and now I can't load their character sheet at all to go in and give them the race we actually want to use for this character. When I try to view their character sheet, I get beholder error 500: "rolled a 1 on the Retrieve Character check", and if I try to go straight to the builder I just get the red loading circle on repeat. Any advice on how to proceed without having my player re-roll their character would be appreciated because they had notes and things we don't want them to lose.

Can you provide a link to the character sheet please (not the shareable url - the link to the actual character sheet)? I'll see if I can help.
