One of my players built a High elf wizard and planned to get the linguist feat at level 12, but for some reason it isn't appearing in the list. I own all the rule books and have a master tier subscription so they should have access to this feat.
Almost always if a feat isn't showing in the selection list it is because either the player doesn't have access to the book it is in, or they already have the feat added to the character.

D&D Beyond FoundersIs it possible that they already have the feat added to their character, possibly through the feats section of the character sheet?
Can you ask them to link their character here, so a moderator can take a look?
