The Champion's additional Fighting Style at level 10 allows me to pick dueling again after I already picked dueling. I don't think you can do this from the wording of fighting styles.
It seems to be a generic problem with The Champion. not just that one fighting style. Whichever fighting style you choose initially, it allows you to choose it again through Champion.
Additionally you cannot choose the optional fighting styles at 10th level although the 1st level fighting style and Fighting Initiate feat allow the optional fighting styles.
