Unable to pick 2 spells at first level. I think that because you get detect magic as a domain spell, and detect magic is a cleric spell, it steals one of your spell choices from your class options.
Maybe.. But for whatever reason arcana domain cleric only gets one spell pick at level 1.
Sure see below. Funny thing is that when I created, it only let me select one spell, but now it wants to allow me to select 4, cleric gets 2 spell selections at level 1. I created on mobile, and am now editing on PC.
At 1st level, you know three cantrips of your choice from the cleric spell list. You learn additional cleric cantrips of your choice at higher levels, as shown in the Cantrips Known column of the Cleric table.
You prepare the list of cleric spells that are available for you to cast, choosing from the cleric spell list. When you do so, choose a number of cleric spells equal to your Wisdom modifier + your cleric level (minimum of one spell). The spells must be of a level for which you have spell slots.
Your character has a wisdom of 16, which grants a +3 ability bonus.
This means that the character gains:
3 cantrips.
The ability to prepare 4 spells.
Looking at this character, you have selected Guidance, Sacred Flame and Spare the Dying as the 3 cantrips.
You have also selected Cure Wounds and Healing Word as prepared spells. Detect Magic & Magic Missile are always prepared, as per the Arcana domain rules. You also have the ability to prepare s further 2 spells from your known spells.
Oh, I realize what went wrong. It was all me. I think the reason I was confused is that attribute setup is done after class setup, so when I get to spell selection before setting my attributes, I only have one choice, and when I go back, I have 4. I was confusing the spell slots with number of prepared spells (misreading the table because I was used to looking at warlock table)
Anyways, thanks so much for looking at it. you are awesome.

I've just created an Arcana domain cleric as a test and it is working just fine during my test.
Can you provide me a link to your character sheet please?

I just created an arcana domain cleric from scratch again, same issue.

And when I go to view, then go back in to edit, I get 4 spell choices again.
I just checked both of those characters.

You have selected Booming Blade and Green-Flame Blade as the two bonus spells for Arcana domain.
Reading the Cleric class rules on Preparing and Casting Spells:
Your character has a wisdom of 16, which grants a +3 ability bonus.
This means that the character gains:
Looking at this character, you have selected Guidance, Sacred Flame and Spare the Dying as the 3 cantrips.
You have also selected Cure Wounds and Healing Word as prepared spells. Detect Magic & Magic Missile are always prepared, as per the Arcana domain rules. You also have the ability to prepare s further 2 spells from your known spells.
It all seems to be working correctly! :)
