As the title says last game the DM added a custom item to my inventory, i just went to add a spell scroll to my inventory and it pop's up as added but doesn't appear in the inventory.
I've tried adding several items and nothing happens. Even tried "Editing my character" and adding it and that didn't work either.
Edit: Figured it out, seems you can only have 1 instance of each Level of Spell Scroll and adding another one just adds to the quantity.
Doesn't that make it difficult to keep track of Spell Scrolls, I assumed you could add another item of that same level and rename the item to know what one it is.

D&D Beyond FoundersCurrently the best way to add specific spell scrolls is to add a custom item to the inventory, rather than adding a spell scroll.

So there is no real point in having them as an item then, in the current state it's broken.
