Hi there. I'm trying to create a character with an Outlander background but it looks like there are only 7 choices in the drop-down. Am I missing something? I noticed Urchin isn't listed either. Thanks!
Not all backgrounds are available for free, Lis. Many will need to be purchased, including Outlander. Click on "Marketplace" near the top of the screen; that will apprise you of what content must be purchased.
I purchased the player's Handbook to get the missing backgrounds (same as Lis) and I didn't receive anything after purchase. Is there a set period I have to wait before the content is made available?

Content should be available pretty much immediately, though there have been reported cases where people have needed to delete/refresh their browser cache so that the link would appear in the menu.
