Does this have to do with me posting a couple of links earlier? Or the fact that I switch between my phone, iPad and laptop depending on where I am, travel etc? Seems strange

The spam filter can be a little aggressive - best bet if it happens again is to message a moderator if it's urgent.
If it's not urgent, just leave it - the moderators are notified of automated spam filtering and review the messages, to check that they should have been filtered. If the spam filter incorrectly identified a message, such as in your case here, then we'll un-filter it. :)
Things that can trigger the spam filter include very short posts that include words the spam filter believes are likely to be included in spam posts.
