When you open a spell in the view a side window appears. That side window will not scroll in chrome on Android devices. Only the main background window behind it scrolls. This is a new bug as I've used this for a long time with no issue. It needs to be fixed immediately as any chrome user can't use this via a browser (like manage spells and others).
Steps to reproduce:
Open a character and go to spells, scroll to a spell with a very large Description like Alter self, scroll down.
Actual result, you can't scroll. The frame behind it is still scrolling even though the front window is in focus. This happens on ALL the pages that have scroll in a slide in pop up window. Also happens on FireFox.
Same is true for the creature details, notes, and basically everything that opens in the side panel. I can sometimes give it some momentum to go a few pixels lower. Also, I'm using Chrome if that matters.
I can't reproduce this bug with any spell or monster I tried. What device are you using? I've only seen reports of this bug with Samsung devices (I have am LG).
I'm having the same issue. This makes the "Manage Spells" popup sidebar impossible to use on my phone. This is a new bug. It was introduced in the last day or so.
To reproduce:
Chrome browser on an Android device with a small screen (phone, not tablet) in portrait orientation. I have a Pixel 2.
Open a character with a long spell list.
Go to the spells page.
Click Manage Spells
Click Add Spells/Known Spells in the sidebar.
Try to scroll down.
The sidebar will not scroll, making it impossible to see spell details or additional spells.
I *do* see the main spell list behind the sidebar scrolling, but the sidebar itself remains locked and unable to scroll.
If I go to the spell list in the Edit Character Level page, scrolling works fine.
Please fix this ASAP because this is one of the core features that I use DnDBeyond for on my phone, and it is very, very broken.
Same issue on any sidebar longer than the visible screen and you are not able to scroll down. It's trying to scroll the details on the page behind the sidebar.
OnOmy cell phone When I open any of the "Manage..." Buttons the window that pops up on the right will not scroll down. It gets stuck. The screen behind will scroll, but the pop up window stops.
I dont know why it works fine for me, but not for others. Finding out what those affected have in common will speed up bug removal.
I have an LG v30 and it's broken for me too. The common is the latest version of chrome. I tried Firefox too and same problem. The site is not coded properly.
I tried to find a switch to desktop view, but there isn't an option to view like a PC?
When I try to use the search engine to find something on a forum, it only shows things from official content. Is this temporary?

From remote temples in jungles, swamps, and deserts, the yuan-ti plot to supplant and dominate all other races and to make themselves gods.
I've been able to replicate this issue as well on a Samsung Note 9 while browsing the site using Chrome in Mobile View. When I switch to Desktop View, the problem does resolve (as the page is now long enough to not require the scrolling).
Thank you to everyone bringing this issue to light; It will be investigated.
Having the same issue on a OnePlus 5, both in chrome and Firefox.
One thing I wanted to mention: switching to desktop view did not completely resolve the issue for me. If the list is long (ex. Feats) I could not scroll.
I was having this problem too. It must have to do with the latest update to chrome because I reverted mine back to an older version and disabled auto update and the side bars now scroll fine. So until this is fixed I'm not letting chrome update.
This happened to me as well last night (in the middle of a session, at the most inconvenient time possible, as I was about to debut my new character, having meticulously set it up before this bug was an issue), on a Samsung Galaxy S9 running the last version of Chrome.

I have a Samsung, didn't think this could matter.

Same issue on my Pixel
Same here. Nine devices across my table all have this issue.

Same issue for me.
On Huawei P20 pro with Chrome.

Also having the inability to scroll the sidebar issue, Samsung Galaxy s+ using chrome, no add ons.
