so I've made a tiefling bard, and Legacy of Maladomini states that "When you reach 3rd level, you can cast the ray of sickness spell as a 2nd-level spell once with this trait and regain the ability to do so when you finish a long rest." The problem is: I'm only 2nd level, and ray of sickness is already on my spell list, under 2nd level spells, even though I don't have those spell slots yet. It's a minor issue, mostly a little bothering, but I thought you should know, and I haven't found any previous mention of it.
