We recently wrapped up ToA, and in writing the end-stories for each of my players characters, I gave the Paladin the Sword of Kas.. however, I can't add it to his sheet. I can add it to some players in the campaign, but not others.. it simply doesn't show up in the equipment search under "manage equipment"
It doesn't show up in the search regardless of anything or everything being checked. I've created random characters and can add it.. checked all the other members of that campaign (2/6 can add it, no rhyme or reason) sometimes Artifacts don't show up at all, sometimes only 1 will show up.. class, race, level, all don't seem to have any effect that I can decipher.
So further information: Last night I copied in exacting detail, the character in question as a new character on my account.. I was able to add the Sword of Kas with NO PROBLEMS. For some reason, I just can't add it to this particular players acct.
This may sound odd, but .... can you try turning content sharing off for the campaign, refreshing the page and turning it back on?
I was actually just coming back to post that I had done this and the problem had gone away. Unshared and Reshared, error fixed and I can now add it to the player in question., Thanks folks

Do you have "proficient" checked? If the character isn't proficient with the sword it wouldn't show up with that filter.

Is content sharing turned on for the campaign? Maybe not all the players have ToA.
Sharing is on, and Sword of Kas is DMG

I was actually just coming back to post that I had done this and the problem had gone away. Unshared and Reshared, error fixed and I can now add it to the player in question., Thanks folks
