I'm playing in several campaigns with people who have all content, sharing enabled and active subscriptions, and up until recently I've been able to view all the content I desired which they had paid for.
trying to browse today, it seems certain elements are no longer sharable with the website wanting to charge me for access. an example of this is the monster entry " Shunn Shurreth ". it seems to be occuring with several module-relevant monsters, which the account owners are able to view fine but cannot share, despite the feature working in the past. note some module content does work though which is odd... i.e. " Nezznar the Black Spider " is view-able by me.
I have tried asking one to cancel and re-share, and reached out to another friend with all content and was added to his campaign to see if this resolves the sharing issue - but it did not.
viewing through sources it seems that I can access all sources of content, however when I try to click through links for more information, or search the site directly i can't view information in sources that I should have access to.
for example, I have access to the source book but cannot see the monster details (i've blocked the content as im not sure about posting a screenshot containing it... but it is just the further creature information that is missing). This screenshot was taken in dungeon of the mad mage, and suggests i need to purchase dungeon of the mad mage to view the monster details.
Got a response. The monsters you are trying to see are new additions (variants of already existing monsters): the licenses for those are not entered yet.
it seems this is getting worse, as now when searching through the monster directory from what I found so far every monster originating in a campaign module is locked away, requesting further payments?
will this trend continue? assuming it is unintended, any ETA on a fix?

Please, go here and see if the drow mage is locked for you.
I am having the exact same issue. My DM has purchased DotMM, but the monsters are locked out when I try to view them. I should note it's been this way for a little over a week. It seems it only affects monsters in DotMM specifically.

Are you referring to #8? If so, I'm not sure I understand what the solution is. Do I have to wait for something server-side or is a solution my DM needs to act on?
Upon digging a little further, I have no access to monsters from LLoK, DotMM, WDH, and some monsters froms OotA, all of which are purchased.
You need to be specific. Give me an example of a monster you are not able to see but of which you have access to the book.
I repeat the issue: we are adding the variant monsters throughout all the adventures. For those, a license is not set yet.
If the monster you are not seeing has the stats block in the appendix of the books, then you have an account problem. But if that monster is just a variant monster from the Monster Manual, then you don't have an account problem.
As a verification go here and see if the drow mage is locked for you. I am assuming you have the MM. Otherwise, you provide me an example.
Ok, I think I have a better understanding then. To be clear, my DM owns the legendary bundle and all current content available on the site. I am able to view the Drow Mage. Monsters I am currently unable to view include: Animated Statue, Asha Vandree, Avi, and East Wind. If I understand correctly, you're explaining that those monsters are newly added and is no way to own them yet, correct?
Yes. East Wind is the variant of a Martial Arts Adept, Asha Vandee is a variant priest. You have already access to that content, you just need to collage the monster and the text in the corresponding adventure. What we are doing is to give the entire monster entry without the need of the collage.
Needless to say, this is a time-consuming process. But we have established that there is nothing wrong with your access to the content.

Hi, yes access to all content via shared legendary packs... the drow mage works, it seems to be the creatures mentioned in modules that don't work, if you look at the link here, the ones quoting module sources do not work. (as per my previous link, i can access the module just not see the monster detail)

any suggestions on how to resolve this?
You need to check with the owner(s) of the Master Tier subscription(s), if it(they) is(are) still in place.
on discord with them at the moment, confirming that both are in place
You should check which books are not viewable by you and which are.
The Master Tier hasn't gotten any change in the way it works. So, the issue must be on the share-ers side.

Okay, thank you. I'll investigate further with the devs team.
Thanks! let me know :)

Perfect. Good to know. Is there an ETA on this process being completed?
No, unfortunately, I can't say, but it is not that far off.
