Was messing about earlier with some mock encounters and managed to have Feeblemind cast on a PC - when we went to change the character sheet we realised that there was no way for stats to go below 3 even when entering a forced value.

This issue is already on the radar for the dev's to fix, though I don't have an ETA for when a fix will be released.
Just circling back and ensuring some old threads are updated - this was resolved.
