All content gone

I had to sign in and all my market content, characters, campaigns, and my master subscription is gone. Any ideas why and any way to fix this?

It appears that you have two accounts associated with your e-mail. Could the content be on your other account?

Okay so I must have accidentally made a second account how do I get to the old one.
