If you filter to Guildmaster's Guide to Ravnica - only the new races come up. Humans, Elves, and Goblins also appear in the book, even if their stats are the same. These races should also appear when the filter is set out. If I wanted to do a Ravnica setting, my players should be able to filter to ravnica and have all the options available that are in the sourcebook. The elves mentioned in GGtR are High, Wood, and Dark (Drow) elf and the goblin has the same settings as the Volo's guide goblin.
Can we get this resolved? The same issue can be said for the Sword Coast adventurer's guide, even though the only new race added was gray dwarf, dwarves, elves, halflings, humans, dragonborn, gnomes, half-elves, half-orcs, and tieflings all appear, yet not when you use the filter, so again if you wanted to run a game with only this book for the setting, when you filter it, you only get gray dwarf.....
Ultimately, a lot of how this is handled is due to how WotC opts to include races in the hardcover books and how the content is filtered across all the various sources. Unfortunately in an instance like this, while Humans, Elves, and Goblins are all mentioned, they're not considered as being part of this "source" (not the same way that for example a centaur would be). This would be the case with Eberron as well - a setting that would similarly also include the races listed above, but would likely not be included as part of that source category.
That being said, I'm more than happy to pass your feedback along to the team! I imagine this may come with the currently planned update to content management.

Thanks for the response! I hope that this is included in the content management update!
