Main issues were things like subtype not being listed for various monsters, specific monsters/creatures based off of templates not having the correct description, and various consistency issues across the books and monsters. I have listed some more comments in the document, probably have still missed issues but found a bunch of them.
thank you for this post and the comprehensive spreadsheet.
I'll run through some of those here:
Text Wrap does not work correctly as it either overflows or cuts off text, e.g. Snarla's subtypes are truncated, and - Can you expand on this please? I viewed the stat block for Snarla and the text for type/alignment displays correctly for me, on browser, tablet and 2 different mobile phones.
Subtypes listed in SRD are not all subtypes in D&D Beyond. Subtypes for Construct (Animated Objects), Beast (Dinosaurs), Plant (Fungi), Elemental (Genies), Undead (Ghouls), Construct (Golems), Fey (Hags), Elemental (Mephits), Undead (Mummies), Monstrosity (Nagas), Undead (Skeletons), Monstrosity (Sphinxes), Undead (Zombies) are not listed. Humanoid (Lycanthropes) and Undead (Vampires) are both subtypes as Shapechanger, which is probably correctly but should add in these categories. - I checked against the SRD and can confirm that the stat blocks on D&D Beyond match those in the SRD. For example, you mention Beast (Dinosaurs) however the SRD doesn't list dinosaur as a subtype. On page 279 of the SRD there is a section header for dinosaurs, but that is just a layout decision for the SRD.
The following books should not be in the source list as they do not contain monsters: Curse of Strahd: Character Options, Elemental Evil Player's Companion, Tactical Maps Reincarnated, Sword Coasts Adventurer's Guide - The filter for source lists all sourcebooks. As you've noticed, for some sources this will yield no content, as that source contains no content of the type being searched for. That is intended functionality as we feel it would be more confusing for users to look at a source list and see some sources missing.
Many monsters are missing descriptions and humanoid types - I've reviewed the other tab of your google document.
Stomping Foot - I've added the description linking to the crawling claw, as per below:
I'll look through the rest of the entries when I am able to, with a view to adding/enhancing descriptions where possible from the source material.
Please note that the subtype is a very specific thing though. We can only list a subtype for a monster if it is specifically given in the published sourcebook.

The subtype gets truncated on the Monster search screen rather than wrapping (as below for Snarla), a similar thing is seen when the title is too long (as below for Monastery of the Distressed Body, Elder Monk)

Yeah I wrote that one earlier and forgot to change it, these were meant to be suggestions for tags rather than subtypes (So you could search for all vampire types for example). I think I rewrote basically the same comment somewhere else in the document that clarified that but forgot it on that tab.

Fair enough for both these points.

Hi guys,
I noticed there were some issues with some of the monster listings so I have gone through and made a list of all issues on a google sheet. Link is https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/11XrYx-zdZeodVEZYXJngQywtCKSnTJ44AD80b0nWPjM/edit?usp=sharing
