My subscription expired, and I wanted to renew it, but I could not find any way of doing so. As I was trying to run a D&D game at the time, I simply paid for a new subscription...which brought me to the page where I could've renewed my original subscription! Now my players cannot access the full range of information via my campaigns.
Is it possible to get the two subscriptions combined, so that the campaigns are fully unlocked again, or do i need to do something else to allow my players full access again?
Hi.
My subscription expired, and I wanted to renew it, but I could not find any way of doing so. As I was trying to run a D&D game at the time, I simply paid for a new subscription...which brought me to the page where I could've renewed my original subscription! Please advise.
Thanks. :)

Hey JayWatson,
Subscriptions should auto-renew. I would advise contacting customer support, as there isn't much we can do about account information or billing here on the forums. Here's the link: https://dndbeyond.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=602788

Assuming you bought the same type of subscription (master tier) you just need to re-enable content sharing on each campaign.
If you bought a hero tier instead, yeah just go to customer support and see if you can get a refund to buy higher tier instead.
