Even though I don't own Wayfarer's Guide to Eberron, it shows as a dropdown source if the Critical Role content switch is on, even if all the others (including playtest and Eberron content) are off. One of my players created a Mark of Scribing Gnome character for my new campaign, and I was surprised he was able to, so I did some testing on how to get the content available.
EDITED: Tried adding screenshots to demonstrate, but the Insert Image feature won't let me actually add a screenshot...
I don't see that as an option to turn on or off. I've tried testing myself, and turning off all options other than Critical Role enables WGtE - at least, it was yesterday. Today, it's Magic: The Gathering that turns on WGtE! I've been through turning on each option in turn.
But that's not what's happening - yesterday it was working when ONLY Critical Role was toggled on, today it was when ONLY Magic: The Gathering was toggled on. When ONLY Playtest Content was toggled on, I wasn't seeing it listed. There's some bug with recognising which toggle is doing what.

Does the user have "Playtest" content turned on? A number of items from the Eberron book is present in Unearthed Arcana, currently.
To add an image you must upload it to an image hosting service like Imgur first.

D&D Beyond FoundersQuite a lot of the Eberron content was also released as Unearthed Arcana playtest rules.
This means that it is possible to access via enabling the Playtest Content toggle.

I can't reproduce this. Magic: the gathering and critical role are both adjacent to the aforementioned playtest toggle.
Is it possible that your browser is rendering the toggles shifted from their intended labels? Or could you be perceiving them misaligned by accident?
