My DM has a master tier subscription, and has unlocked all the content, and has enabled content sharing in our campaign. However, I'm only able to access the content in available during character creation. I cannot read any of the books that I didn't purchase myself on my account, or even view the character races that I can use in the "Sources" section. Are we doing something wrong? Is this a bug?
Do you currently have a character inside of the campaign? If you do, the campaign should be listed in your "My Campaigns" page. Is the character currently "Active" or "Deactivated"?
I have a character that I created on my account and added to the campaign using the link share. It is listed as assigned to me. He's listed as "active", and I can edit it.
They're asking about the parts of content sharing outside of character creation.
I am indeed. My reading of the sharing feature is that I should be able to access all those books, correct? I know the team is currently working on revising the "share materials" feature to implement some improvements, so it's possible this broke something?
I confirm you should be able to access the compendium material outside the character sheet if you have a character in a a campaign where content sharing is enabled by somebody with a master tier subscription.
Perhaps ask that person to toggle sharing off then on again?

Cyb3r is correct. I'm attempting to access compendium content, and that seems to be where the issue is. I can view magic items, creatures, spells, etc. But it doesn't seem to be working.
Thanks for confirming that turning sharing off and on did not work for you CBMoate!
Could you link me the character that is in the campaign with sharing enabled? Please use the direct link from the address bar, and not the sharing link. I have one last theory to test before I suggest the owner of the Master Tier subscription open a support ticket.
Alright, so it looks like you're both able to access some sources, but not others, and interestingly both of you in separate situations cannot access the Ravnica sourcebook. I have seen this occur before, but previously turning content sharing off and then on has solved the problem, which it has not here.
My recommendation at this point would be to have the owner of the Master Tier subscription submit a ticket. The staff on the support team will have access to more tools that may help get to the bottom of this to ensure that the user's subscription is functioning properly. I would recommend that the owner of the subscription supply a link to this thread so that the support team can review what we've done here, and note that this is not affecting all sources. Speficially above I tested Acquisitions Incorporated and Volo's Guide to Monsters which worked; whereas GGtR did not.
Thank you very much for the report! I hope the support team is able to get to the bottom of this.

Thanks for your help! However, it's not just Guilds of Ravnica, when I click the link below I run into the same issue:

Oh absolutely! I just wanted to specify that some sources are working properly (I only tested Acquisitions Incorporated, GGTR, and Volo's) -- which is why it seems like a very interesting issue.
If you have comprehensive list of which sources are not working for viewing in the website, but that you can access on character sheets, that is very excellent information to provide in the support ticket. Thanks for checking! :D

You try this yet?
I have the same issue, I just submitted a support ticket.
Hi Tinyarms,
Can you describe your issue in more detail? Have you tried turning content sharing off, and back on again?
We tried turning it off and then back on. Still doesn't work. Any other suggestions?

Excellent, thank you!
Can you tell me what result you get from the following four links?
Link #1
Link #2
Link #3
Link #4
1- Jim's magic missile
2- Tabaxi player race
3- Aboleth
4- Marketplace for GG to Ravnica
Able to view the content of the first 3, the final one sends me to the marketplace.
Confirming I tried turning sharing off and on and players still can't access content outside of character creation.
Using the links you posted below, I have the same results.
1- Jim's magic missile
2- Tabaxi player race
3- Aboleth
4- Marketplace for GG to Ravnica
