When viewing the Crossbow Expert feat from the character sheet's Features and Traits list - there appears to be a typo.

You ignore the loading property of crossbows with which you are proficient. Being within 5 ft. of a hostile creature doesn’t impose disadvantage on your ranged attack rolls, and when you use the Attack action and with a one-handed weapon, you can use a bonus action to attack with a hand crossbow you are holding.

I believe the bolded 'and with' should be 'and attack with'.
