I can’t find the Rod of the Pact Keeper to add to my character’s equipment. I’m surprised no one else has noticed this.
It's not part of the free basic rules so : have you purchased it or the DMG from the marketplace OR in a campaign where somebody has and somebody with a Master Tier Subscription has enabled content sharing?

It shows up for my test character. You must not have the DMG.
