The question is in the title. 6 days ago i bought the PDF version of Curse of Strahd for 25$. I'v never received any kind of email confirmation. I'v opened a request directly trought D&D Beyond support services but 6 days later i still havent received any response. So before i make a chargeback on my credit card i was wondering if someone could enlighten me ? I was thinking maybe since i'v never receive any email confirmation that might be why i cant seem to find the download section (it would be empty since for some obscur reason it never completed on their side).
D&D Beyond does not sell PDFs for download; They license WOTC Source material for use with their digital toolset. The D&D Beyond mobile app will allow for source download and offline use.
I will reach out to the support team and inquire about the status of this request.
thanks for the quick response. Yes i can see the content. It seem like i understood the functionnality wrong. I already had bought the hardcover part but someone had told me that it was possible for me to download all the map from this online version so that i could print them and use them for my d&d session. I was told that it contain a version of these map without the tags (for the player), so im gonna go have a look on the mobile version if maybe i can find what i need.
You'll notice that you can click on the maps, to activate a "light box" mode, showing the higher resolution map. You can right click on the larger image and save it from there.
You'll also see the text below the map in green: View Player Version - clicking on that activates another lightbox, except with a version of the map that doesn't include DM information. As before you can save that map for your own use, such as printing.

Hi
thanks for the quick response. Yes i can see the content. It seem like i understood the functionnality wrong. I already had bought the hardcover part but someone had told me that it was possible for me to download all the map from this online version so that i could print them and use them for my d&d session. Hi there,
whilst looking at Curse of Strahd (or any adventure on D&D Beyond), you'll find the maps on the pages.
Here's a couple of examples:
https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources/cos/the-lands-of-barovia#EVillageofBarovia
https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources/cos/the-lands-of-barovia#Map22TserPoolEncampment
I hope this helps!
