In making an eldritch Knight (and arcane trickster if I recall) the spells from the basic rules/srd are appearing twice in the spell list. Such as the spell list goes: Absorb Elements, Acid Arrow, Acid Arrow, etcetera. And it does this for all of the named spells specifically. Arcanist’s Magic Aura, Hideous Laughter, Floating Disk. It’s really very frustrating at how it extends the spell list and is almost certainly a bug.
Also while I’m at it, I’d love to be able to turn basic rules/srd content off in the character creator seeing as I own the PHB. Or just. Have that content not show up at all if a user owns the PHB when they’re in the character creator of their own characters.
The repeated spells are due to you having an EK spell list and an AT spell list; even though the spells are the same, where they come from can matter. For example, mage hand from your Arcane Trickster technically can behave differently than if you were take it from another classes spell list.
For some reason the EK amd AT were given a partial spell list even though they are granted the Wizard spell list. I'm not sure why, but this behavior was definitely not intentional.

These are two separate characters and it’s in the choosing spells, not the spells known.
Oh, sorry, I misunderstood. I thought you had an EK/AT multiclass.
