[BUG] Character Sheet - Cloak of Protection is double counting the saving throw values

It has a +1 to Saving throws then +1 to each saving throw type. So it's adding +2 to saving throws instead of the +1 it should be.

Removing the cloak of protection sets me where I should be with no additional + to saving throws.

Example from the character builder.

+1 on Saving Throws

+1 on Charisma Saving Throws

+1 on Constitution Saving Throws

+1 on Dexterity Saving Throws

+1 on Intelligence Saving Throws

+1 on Strength Saving Throws

+1 on Wisdom Saving Throws
