Tested a barb/monk. A.C. ended up at 16 which meant it was adding both the wis and the con modifiers. Did not try adding a shield to see if the wis drops off.
Added a shield. A.c. went to 18
I also had this same result. Doesn't look like the calculations are obeying the "Unarmored Defense can't stack" rule.
