When equipping and attuning to the Voyager Staff, it does not add either of the attack bonuses listed in the description into the character sheet.
It is adding the staff attack bonus, but not the spell attack bonus when I test it.
As a caster (like most people who I assume are using this staff) it's really only the second one that matters. I don't really plan on hitting anyone with it lol.
