May I know, what is the non english word in this two sub races I create? I can't share it to public
Grizzly Bearkin
Tankiest of Bearkin
Ability Score Increase
Your Constitution score increases by +1.
Size
Taller than average human and relatively chunky (chubby + hunk). Your size is medium.
Bear Hug
You can hug an enemy in front of you. The enemy need to succeed roll Strength or Dexterity against your roll d20+Athletic or the will be grapple. Using this trait you cannot do any hand movement including attack. If an ally attack the enemy you hug or an enemy attack you, the grapple effect will end. You can use this trait twice per long rest.
Sunny Bearkin
Masculine one
Ability Score Increase
Your Dexterity score increases by +1
Size
Taller than average human and relatively muscular. Your size is medium.
Heat Resistance
Have advantage on fire type of attack and spell. Only receive half of the damage from fire attack and spell. Hot based weather or terrain or attack give it advantage. In other hand, weak when go to cold place, suffer disadvantage in that area and one per two turn need to succeed roll Constitution saving throw of 10 and higher, else will be Exhausted (up to level 4).
"The enemy need to succeed roll", "or the will be grapple", "If an ally attack"; these make me think that English isn't your first language. I'm also not certain what some of this is supposed to mean, and some of it doesn't seem like you considered balance. Allow me to clean this up a bit and try to format it the way that D&D normally presents information.
Grizzly Bearkin
Ability Score Increase
Your Constitution score increases by 1.
Size
You are taller than the average human and relatively bulky. Your size is Medium.
Bear Hug
As an Action, you can attempt to grapple a creature within reach. The target makes a Strength or Dexterity Save against your Athletics check or be grappled. Once grappled in this way a creature can not break free of your grapple by themselves. If a creature attacks either you or the target of your grapple this effect ends immediately, you may choose to end this effect as a Bonus Action. While you are using this trait, you can not freely use your hands and thus cannot preform any Action, Bonus Action, or Reaction that requires the use of your hands. You can use this trait twice, after which you must take a long rest before you are able to use it again.
Sunny Bearkin
Ability Score Increase
Your Constitution score increases by 1.
Size
You are taller than the average human and relatively muscular. Your size is Medium.
Heat Resistance
You are naturally suited to hot environments. You have advantage on all checks and saves meant to overcome the challenges of the heat, such as a Constitution save against gain a level of Exhaustion due to the noonday heat of the sun in a desert. You also have Resistance to Fire Damage and Advantage on any Attack Rolls made with an attack that deals Fire Damage.
However, you also suffer negative effects from being in cold environments. You have disadvantage on all checks and saves meant to overcome the challenges of the cold, such as a Constitution save against gaining a level of Exhaustion due to the chill of a harsh snowstorm. You have Vulnerability to Cold Damage and Disadvantage on any Attack Rolls made with an attack that deals Cold Damage.
Thanks. Yes English is not my primary language, I am not really good with it especially in writing. The purpose I want to share this to public is for others to comment and balance it.
For the Grizzly Bearkin, already fix thanks to you. But for Sunny Bearkin, I still have same issue event though I already change it as you recommend.
In addition, I also create subrace called Polar Bearkin and can share it to public, with basically same sentence with the Sunny Bearkin.
Polar Bearkin Traits
Ability Score Increase
Your Charisma score increases by +1.
Size
White fur and taller than average human and relatively chunky (chubby + hunk). Your size is medium.
Cold Resistance
Have advantage on cold type of attack and spell. Only receive half of the damage from cold attack and spell. Cold based weather or terrain or attack give it advantage. In other hand, weak when go to hot place, suffer disadvantage in that area and one per two turn need to succeed roll Constitution saving throw of 10 and higher, else will be Exhausted (up to level 4).
PS: I will change the Cold Resistance so it will be a little bit balance.
I'm not certain as I do not have access to your homebrew, but other places you'll want to look for any problems include: The Short Description in Basic Information, the Racial Trait Introduction in Basic Information, the Snippet in each of your Traits, and for each Trait that has an Action check the Name, Snippet, and Description for that Action. See if there are non-english words or a string of symbols there. If you have anything that's just symbols, it would trigger this warning.
This can often occur when the description is not completed, or only contains one or two words. Please note that the auto-moderator for homebrew only "rechecks" the content when saved from the main homebrew race page. As these descriptions were only a few words, that may have flagged your content. Completing a full description should avoid the problem in the future. :)
Hope that the context helps!

I think it's your grammar.
