Human race shows +1 to all scores for the increase, and when taking the variant, it still shows that as well as the +1 to two choices but only gives the two choices to increase. The way it is laid out when making a character is a tad confusing in that sense because it makes it seem like you can get +1 to all and an additional +1 to two others.
Hello Technovixen! Thank you for the feedback on how races display. Currently in the character builder the quick-view information will show the base (standard) race information, however you should see the actual features listed on the race page of the builder are accurate to the Variant Human.
As for your concern with feats, the only feats available through the free sources provided by Wizards of the Coast are Grappler and Svirfneblin Magic, which both have prerequisites your character may not meet. In order to access the other feats you would need to have access to the Player's Handbook (most feats) or Xanathar's Guide to Everything (racial feats) through either someone sharing their content with you in the campaign your character is in, or through purchasing those titles in our Marketplace. You can also just buy the feat, or feats you would like to use individually.
Both the player's hand book and Xanther's and I am a paying subscriber. Why am I paying for this when I can have non buggy resources and builders for free?
