On Sep 2017 I purchased "players handbook", "dungeon master guide" and "monster manual".
All my online content is gone!
For some European law, my account was disabled. I request "restore my account" (3 days ago) but my online content is still missing. Opened support tickets but no one help me.
Yeah I heard Europe had to acknowledge some e-mail back when DDB was bought by fandom some 11 or 12 months ago (have you not been online in that time?) or this would happen.
DDB support doesn't work weekends, so they have actually only had 1 day to address your ticket and probably have a small backlog (because Monday). Give it another 24 hours, then send another ticket.
Hello KarnDollah. We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble accessing your purchases.
Would you be able to do me a favour and give this a try?
- Try logging out, and then logging in with any other Twitch account, or Google account that you have at this time? If you are unable to login with one due to forgotten details, recovering that account may help.
It may be possible that these purchases were attached to another Twitch or Google account you have, which would prevent our records from accessing them. Hopefully this step will be helpful in us assisting you further.
Thank you!
EDIT: The team has passed along that this should now be resolved for you, please let us know if you continue to face this issue!
I've already responded to your ticket, but will let you know here as well. One of the developers looked into your account and figured out what was wrong. They were able to restore your purchases and you should be able to see them. If not, please let me know via the support ticket. Thank you!
Did this affect any users in America as well? Specifically California. I made my account in October 2017 and purchased some character classes. But when I tried to sign in today after not using my DnDBeyond account for about 6 weeks all of my characters/purchases were gone. Signing in was also a pain. My account wasn't linked to my email anymore. I think it didn't even exist any longer. Is this a common problem thats been popping up recently?

It should not have effected American users. I think you have a different problem. Contact support (bottom of page) and include your original username and email (maybe twitch I'd too). Your current account is brand new.

Thanks, maybe I am too eager to go back to my D&D table :)
After days and days talking to support, they still did not restore my paid content
I showed the paypal proof of purchase but looks like it is not enough. It is clearly a bug, cause my "creations" > "my characters" are there
I am very dissapointed at the moment because I don't want to pay again for something was taken from me
Maybe I should start complaining over other channels until I get proper attention...
Spamming the forums is not a suitable way to get your problem resolved, it's just a good way to get banned for breaking forum rules.
Have you checked your account purchase history? If that's still listing the purchases, they should be able to restore from those licenses.
Find my D&D Beyond articles here
Hello
My account purchase history is empty
I tried the restore button but never got back my paid content. My characters are there, so there are no orphan account with my content.
I work in IT. I am very familiar with this kind of problems. I am pushing hard with support but It's been 13 messages....
This is my paypal proof of purchase, please restore my paid content (and I will be happy to continue spending money with dndbeyond)...
