Having the same issue as others, tried clearing cache, reloading browser, etc and when I click on any link in the book I get taken to the market place to buy the book.
Artificer isn't showing up for me at all. It was there as UA yesterday but I got an email saying the book was released. When I tried to make a character, all of the altered races gave me a 404 error and Artificer was no longer on the class list. When I went to open it in my source books, it shows me the book and all the areas but if I click on one, it just brings me to the books Pre-order page saying that I successfully pre-ordered the book. I can't actually open the book but I do have new frames, themes and stuff like the Pre-order promised.

Happened to me in Safari - and it's not even the correct marketplace url, cause it only shows the main heading, and none of the purchase options... meanwhile from Chrome different browser (where I didn't get the redirect before) it works fine. If you have a different browser installed (that you haven't used yet to check the contents), try that. (Note: after a couple hours, Safari now seem to also open the content properly...)
