Players leveled up and there ability scores are not changing with the feats added. Case in point an Elf Cleric with a 17 dexterity has taken Elven Accuracy without ability score changing.

Did they select DEX to be increased in the feat? Elven Accuracy can also increase INT, WIS, or CHA.

The character seems to have override scores input into each ability which means they cannot change. Click on each ability score on the character sheet to open the side-bar information tab and remove any number from the "Override Score" box.

For example - it seems the Dexterity should be 20. A base score of 17 + 2 from racials + 1 from a misc bonus (probably Elven Accuracy). But the override score is forcing it to stay at 17.

I've also noticed by looking at the other characters in the campaign - your character Kro Silverfrond also has Override Scores typed in which means you will face the same problem and should also remove them.

With them manually imputed how do you change an overide score?

Just leave the ovverride score box empty and click away somewhere so the box loses focus so the value updates.

You can also change it via editing them in the character builder instead of via the character sheet if that would be easier for you.
