I purchased the artificer classes but not the book. However, the way the pages are set p, I am not allowed to view all the things the artificer can create. For example, prosthetic limbs and armblade SHOULD be included if they are part of the class. I understand its part of the book, but I feel like if I paid the premium for just the class, I shouldnt have to buy the whole book to get these individual pieces.
Whats worse, to allieviate this, I bought the 6 dollar items and yet, it is still locking away prosthetic. I dont want to buy the whole book for two lines of print and if I cant get them I want a refund.
What items aren't you seeing? I assume something from replicate magic item.
(And fyi, buying a class or subclass does not automatically unlock the separate spell or item the subclass can use. It has been this way since the PHB.)
the eberron artificer, i purchased. It said the prosthetic and the propulsion arm were in the book itself as items, so I purchased the eberron rise from the last war item list, and yet, it is holding the items i want with the purchase of the whole book. its basically saying that I cant have the prosthetic item unless i purchase the book that includes chapter five. Which seems a bit crappy and dishonest since its an item
Which specific magic item are you getting a prompt to purchase, when you try to add it to your character sheet? If it's occurring with multiple magic items, please pick one of them to state here, so I can test.

Go to your character sheet and copy the URL from the address bar into here. I believe the mods can look at a character and see what content they have or have not got available to them so they can see why you don't have what you're trying to use.
I had the same issue but it turns out, i didnt complete the purchase for my items. For some reason i always think my purchase is complete on dndbeyond but i miss the final step. This may be the issue for others.

are you able to add those items to the character as standard magic items?
Just to test/eliminate that there isn't some sort of access issue there.
