I'm making a homebrew item but the Lightning Arrow spell is not on the list of spells that can be added. It says it in the PHB I don't see a reason for it not to be available, I've got access to that book.
Hello Leotamson! You mention you have access to the Player's Handbook, do you own the Player's Handbook on D&D Beyond, or are you receiving access through Content Sharing?
Please note that you will only have access to content you own in the homebrew section for making copies, or adding content to a feature. Having access through content sharing would not give you homebrew access to that content.
