Hey,
SO i created a lesser ring of protection, basically I took the ring of protection removed the attunement and removed the bonus to saving throws.
When I equip the item to a player it doesnt add to their AC.
If I add attunement to the item and I attune to it it will add the +1 AC, but if I dont have attunement as a part of hte item it wont add to my ac.

D&D Beyond FoundersIt's possible that the +1 AC component has the attunement flag still, as you copied it from the official item.
Please try removing the modifier and adding it again.
