I made a spell for one of our players and it's supposed to be 1 charge per short rest.
She got the spell via a custom feat, but I can't add the number of charges to the spell after creating the feat.
I can see the options under the added spell for Minimum Charge, Maximum Charge, Save DC, etc on the summary page, but they are all blank and I can't see or edit any of them on the edit page.
When you create the feat and add the spell to it, there is a section for limited number of uses there.
Not sure where the image is taken from since you cropped out everything that would indicate that and didn't say. It doesn't look like how homebrew feats are displayed though.
Everything else should be blank. When not blank it overrides the spell details. For example you have set "no action" for a spell that should require an action or bonus action. Basically removing the ability to cast it. There is no need to specify cantrip or class if you have specified the spell itself, these fields are only used when giving the characters an option when the spell is not specifically select (so having cantrip and wizard means when taking the feat you get to pick a cantrip from the Wizard class).
Also, I'm curious about it showing Cantrip and Paladin. Paladins don't get cantrips. So this could be confusing it, another reason to leave it blank.

That isn't what I see when I add a spell to a feat.
Try starting with a copy of magic initiate.
I did start with Magic Initiate actually.
Try again?
I give up. I don't know why you are seeing number of charges instead of number of uses. Unless, can you give feats charges?
Spell: Breath of Bahamut
Ability Score: CHA
Number of Uses: 1
Reset Type: Short Rest
