I didn't see this anywhere on the forums, so I'm putting this up here
I figured we might need a place to talk about potential issues with the Marketplace, and I've been having an infuriating problem for a bit longer than I'm now willing to tolerate
I've been having an issue with making my purchases in the Marketplace, for the past few months I've been trying to make the same purchase but kept getting the message "ERROR: Customer has already reached the maximum of 50 addresses."
The thing is, I've only used the same address I have since I began my subscription, that is to say only 1 address this entire time
It's been causing me an issue for the past 4 months or so when I try to complete my purchase, I've been holding out until now because I wanted to wait and see if the issue persisted or was an issue that was happening for a short period of time
Just sent them a few tickets the other day, I meant to send only one but some minor issues popped up after I hit send, and I double pressed submit may be as well. But it all here was a proper step
Yesterday, I was trying to purchase the Sapphire Dragon, but had previous items sitting in my cart. I went to remove the items, but the cart seemed to only update every second time. Meaning, I had 4 items for a cost of $27; removing the first item did not update the cost, removing second item decreased the cost of the first removed item. When I had removed the older items, the cost remained at Sapphire Dragon + 1 item. I then removed the Sapphire Dragon -- cart at 0 items -- to a balance of $1.99. I finally clicked out of the cart to the DNDBEYOND landing page, then went back to the Marketplace to add and purchase Sapphire Dragon. Annoying, but worked out.
Today, I wanted to pick up Infernal War Machines (incidentally one of the items I had removed above) and use the code provided in Dev Update. I was able to apply the code, but when I go to Proceed to Checkout, it sends me back to the Marketplace. Clicking on Cart then shows me my cart, with War Machines listed, no Checkout option, and a cost of $0. I went to the landing page, then Cart to restore the Checkout [and cost], but it will only take me to the Marketplace. I'm in no rush to get this item yet, but I don't want to lose out on the code if it is limited time.
So quick note, I tried the purchase again, and it has gone through now. I've never had problems before, but felt you should know this is happening. I wonder if it is not tied to the outage you had over the weekend?

So I have two items to report on the Marketplace:

Looks like the issue has now been resolved
