Our Bard seems to have got herself 24 WIS when it should be 14. How can this be fixed? Equally her CHA is 20, it should be 17.

She just needs to edit her character and then go back to the abilities page and enter the correct amounts.
They are both manually overridden. Just click on the abilities and remove the override.

as others have said, it's because the player or DM has entered an override for the ability score on the character sheet.
All sorted!
The same is true for the charisma ability score on this character sheet.
