While reviewing my artificer's Infusions, I noticed that under the Replicate Magical Items infusion, i suddenly had access to a couple dozen new options that were not there before, and are not listed in the class description. Ruby of the War Mage, Smoldering Armor, Perfume of Bewitching, Pole of Collapsing, and many more. Is this a bug that allowed them to access other Ebberon magical items? or some ruleset change that allows this?
These items are from Xanathar's Guide to Everything, as indicated in the Artificer rules:
If you have Xanathar’s Guide to Everything, you can choose from among the common magic items in that book when you pick a magic item you can replicate with this infusion.
Can I also add homebrew magic items to the list of items an artificer can infuse?

As for the answer - I'm fairly certain that you cannot.
